1. Organizer and dates. Wayne & Debbie Nordeen, operating as BootLegged / BootLegged Productions. Contact: info@BootLeggedTheBand.com. No purchase necessary. Entries open October 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and close November 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., America/Toronto.

2. Eligibility. All ages, worldwide where lawful. Minors enter through an authorized parent/legal guardian who has reached the age of majority where they live. Before submitting any child’s media, email the contact above for the guardian forms and return them completed. Each child pictured needs their own guardian’s permission. Organizers and people administering the draw cannot enter. Local restrictions apply.

3. Entry. One entry per person, containing TWO original, well-lit selfie media files: one horizontal, at least 1920 × 1080 pixels, and one vertical, at least 1080 × 1920 pixels. Photos, moving images or short selfie videos are welcome; 5–15 seconds is recommended for video. The entrant must appear, and someone pictured must capture the actual selfie. A guardian may help a child take it while pictured with them. No AI-generated people, heavy face alterations, screenshots, unlawful/hateful/sexually explicit/dangerous content, unconsenting bystanders, private information or unlicensed third-party music. Group selfies do not add entries. Complete media permissions must arrive by the entry deadline. Duplicate, fraudulent or materially incomplete entries may be excluded.

4. Prize. ONE package: assorted official BootLegged merchandise worth approximately $200 CAD plus TWO RockStock Canada 2027 Weekend VIP passes worth over $400 CAD combined—over $600 CAD total. Passes cover admission only, subject to festival terms and age restrictions. Travel, accommodation, camping and other expenses are excluded. A minor’s prize is administered through their guardian. No cash redemption. If a prize becomes unavailable, an equivalent or higher-value substitute may be provided where lawful.

5. Draw and claim. Random draw November 29, 2026; odds depend on eligible entries received. The potential winner will be emailed within seven days and must reply within seven days of that email, verify eligibility and permissions, and correctly answer an unaided mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded. For a minor, the guardian completes claim requirements where lawful. If the entry cannot qualify or misses the contact deadline, another eligible entry may be drawn. No payment is required to claim except disclosed delivery charges, duties or taxes.

6. Delivery. Free standard shipping within Canada. Outside Canada, recipients pay duties/taxes; contact the organizer before entering to confirm international postage arrangements. Merchandise is normally dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation. Passes/redemption instructions will arrive in time for the event, subject to lawful delivery restrictions.

7. Video and media rights. Video selection is separate from the draw. BootLegged selects media for quality, suitability and creative fit; no appearance, credit or prize is guaranteed. Entry requires the separate Media Ownership and Appearance Agreement: adult owners assign their transferable copyright, waive moral rights where permitted, and grant a fallback licence for authorized BootLegged use worldwide without payment or royalties. Every identifiable person needs their own appearance consent; minors require their guardian’s release. A guardian does not automatically own a child’s copyright; obtain any separate legally valid rights agreement before use. Non-waivable rights remain intact.

8. Administration and privacy. Organizers are not responsible for lost, late or corrupted entries or failures beyond reasonable control. They may reject rule-breaking entries and make necessary lawful changes, with notice, if fraud, technical failure or uncontrollable events prevent fair administration. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is preserved. Ontario law applies subject to mandatory local protections. Name, email, phone number, location and submitted media/permissions are collected for entry administration, permission checks, winner contact and authorized media use; there is no automatic marketing subscription. This entry site, Cloudflare storage and authorized production partners may process data outside the entrant’s country. Private contact details and releases are not published as entry content. Ordinary administration records are normally kept for 12 months after prize fulfilment; media/rights records may be kept for authorized use and legal protection.
